Pricing Options — low cost Web access:

Three packages offer increasingly more sophisticated options for your Web site. A fourth option is to go custom and choose your site features based on your overall marketing budget.

Pricing Option #1 - $100
This "Home" page is for those women-owned businesses that would like to benefit from the advertising efforts of the WomeninSmallBiz.com site and have a previously developed Web site or for those businesses that are on a limited budget. Text size limited to 300-400 words and one graphic scanned or e-mailed.

Pricing Option #2 - $300
Includes your Home page, sometimes referred to as a "splash page," and 4 other pages of 300-400 words or less total and a set number of navigation buttons and jump pages.

Pricing Option #3 - $500
Includes everything from option #2 plus 4 additional pages. You can choose to have an order form included as one of your pages.

Pricing Option #4 - Custom
Custom design based on a selection of available features.

Each of the package pricing options has a limit as to the number of words and graphics included, but you can always add other graphics and text over time. In addition, there will be a monthly maintenance fee that includes typical costs for Web hosting, statistics and e-mail options.

These pricing options will allow you to get a site up and running for a set fee and then add other features on a regular basis as needed. As your site complexity increases, additional maintenance fees beyond your basic fees may apply.

Choose from a selection of formats for rapid turn around of your Web site. Formats to select from will include frames and/or columns.

There are a multitude of other options to select from under a separate pricing structure that will include calendars, digital photography, bulletin boards, forms, e-mail lists (sometimes called "Talk Lists"), e-mail forwarding, graphic design, HTML training, shopping basket systems, and much more.

Lasergraphics, the WomeninSmallBiz.com Web site developer, offers expert assistance. They will help your site get exposure, and they can be retained for ongoing and continuous improvement of your site. Talk to them about additional Web site features that may not have been covered here.

If you need help with developing your Web site content, we have two qualified consultants. Both Jean Patterson and Tracy Bier have expertise in marketing, public relations, writing, and editing — call us for a referral.

Put Web site development into your overall marketing plan and promote your new WomeninSmallBusiness.com Web address on your usual marketing materials, such as envelopes, business cards, announcement mailers, etc.
